Toronto has many neighbourhoods, but only one real rule: everyone here says the city name differently, and every version is “correct” according to whoever’s saying it.
Tronno, Toron-oh, Turrono. Each one is its own dialect, attitude, and subtle flex.
This collection is for the people who don’t pronounce the second “t,” who keep their vowels loose, and who let the word roll out like they’ve lived here long enough to stop trying. It’s Toronto as actually spoken, not as spelled.
