Hood Co. Shipping Policy

Every order from Hood Co. is made fresh, like your favourite neighbourhood latte, but with less foam and more attitude.

We don’t mass-produce or overstock. Each streetwear item is printed on demand, just for you. That means your order takes a little time to make, but the payoff is worth it; premium streetwear made to rep your hood with pride.

Processing Time

• Production: Most items are printed, packed, and ready to ship in 2–5 business days.
• Shipping: Once it’s out the door, you’ll get tracking info so you can stalk your package like your ex’s new account.
• Total Time: Typically 7–14 business days from order to arrival (Canada-wide).

Please note: actual times may vary depending on your location, weather, and whether the delivery driver feels like liking your vibe that day.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship across Canada and select U.S. destinations.
We’re starting local; because Toronto deserves first dibs.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We don’t mark up shipping; we keep it real. You pay what it costs to get your streetwear safely to you.

Delays & Delivery Issues

We wish we could control everything (like Toronto rent), but once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the capable arms of the carrier.

If your order is delayed or lost, contact us at hello@hoodco.shop, and we’ll help track it down or sort out a replacement.

Our Promise

Every Hood Co. streetwear item leaves the printer looking its best. If there’s an issue in transit, or your order shows up looking like it went through the 501 streetcar at rush hour, we’ll make it right.
